Did Eminem a.k.a. Slim Shady die in a car accident?

The multi-platinum artist, Eminem, was rumored to be dead; however there were two only instances on the internet that explained his death.

A CNN report as well as AOL users were notified that Eminem died at 2:30 a.m. EST while driving a rental car to a party. They said that he was clearly intoxicated.

The websites stating that Eminem was dead has been removed and cannot be found. This was clearly a hoax and no one has reported him dead, other than the two sites who recently removed the information.

Eminem posted this message to his fans on his official site:

"Despite sick-minded ne'er do-well attempts to create a state of panic in this grand country by virtue of a well-crafted CNN.com fake news story prank, our beloved Slim Shady is alive and well," the statement reads. "Marshall is alive and at home with his family for the holidays in Detroit. And he wishes all of you shady holidays and a dirty new year."

I'm sure that everyone has heard about what happened at U.S. Open 2009 with the judge, and Kim Clijsters. When the judgement was called, Serena got upset and felt like the call was unfair. Patrick Swayze dies at 57 of Cancer

Patrick Swayze died today due to a battle with pancreatic cancer. According to OMG most fans became aware of his illness in March of last year.
Patrick will always be remembered for his role in Dirt Dancing, along with co-star Jennifer Gray, Ghost and many other crowd-pleasing and grammy-winning performances.
Fans are truly saddened by his departure, and he will definitely live on in our hearts and on our televisions.
